  • What to Expect

Day 1: Arrive at your gorgeous venue and unpack for your adventure! Learn about locally-sourced foods and how they came to Hawaii at a Chef's Presentation Dinner, delivered by Chef Matt (our private chef for the week). Savor the first of many delicious meals, prepared with aloha. After dinner we'll have our opening session which will set the tone for the Inner Goddess Experience.

Day 2: We'll set out early for an excursion to Rainbow Falls and a visit to the majestic banyan tree adjacent to the Falls. We'll head over to the Hilo Farmer's Market where you'll delight in the myriad of fresh fruits, vegetables and foods you can only find in Hawaii. Across from the Farmer's Market, you'll find stall after stall of gifts and hand-crafted items to choose from. Once you've shopped-til-you've-dropped, we'll travel to a sacred lava tube where we'll explore what it has to share with us. The afternoon will be yours to relax and enjoy as you please. You'll enjoy an amazing dinner by Chef Matt and we'll close the day with an evening session.

Day 3: Stories and lessons from the Hawaiian Goddesses will encourage and inspire you to understand just how powerful you are. You'll learn your unique gifts and challenges, but also how to leverage them with grace, finesse, and integrity. You'll also learn how to call in those talents that seem elusive—but are really available to you anytime, anywhere.

Day 4: An indescribable sunrise overlooking a live volcano, the feel of hot steam coming from cracks in the earth, a powerful energy exercise inside an ancient lava tube, and more... and that's just the morning! The afternoon is yours for exploring or relaxing or connecting with your new goddess-sisters who have been accompanying you on this profound journey.

Day 5: The tropical forest awakens you and we come together to connect on the deepest level and honor the transformations that have taken place. We look at what's possible and how we will go back to our everyday lives—transformed and ready to step in to the powerful women we are meant to be in this world—and how we'll support each other in the process.

  • Frequently Asked Questions

    Where is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Hilo International Airport (ITO). Volcano is approximately 30 minutes from Hilo International Airport and car rentals are available onsite at the airport. Kona International Airport is approximately 2-1/2 hours from Volcano. Car rentals are also available at Kona International Airport.

Note that airfare and transportation to and from the venue is not included.

Which dates should I plan to arrive/depart?

Check-in is 4:30 p.m., so plan to arrive at the venue on Tuesday, February 27th, no earlier than 4:30 p.m. and no later than 5:30 p.m. Check-out is on Saturday, March 3rd at 11:00 a.m.

    What should I bring/wear?

Attire is casual/comfortable, including aloha wear. The venue has Jacuzzi tubs for your use, so you may also want to bring a bathing suit and wrap. Daytime temperatures in Hawai’i are usually warm, but the weather can change quite quickly and the evenings are often cool. Keep in mind that we will be at a 4,000 ft. elevation and in a rainforest, so it can get a bit chilly at night. Make sure you bring a light jacket as we may experience light showers with little notice. You may want to bring a sweater, pashmina scarf or wrap and plan on dressing in layers so you can adapt to whatever Mother Nature brings us. You will also need a good pair of closed-toe tennis-, running- or hiking-shoes as we will be walking on uneven surfaces as we journey on the Big Island.

What other items should I consider bringing?

    • Camera
    • Personal journal/notepad
    • Pareo, wrap or comfortable dress for hula
    • Personal snacks or munchies (you can also purchase these in Hawai'i)

Can you tell me more about the venue?

Our Retreat venue is located in the town of Volcano on the lush tropical side of the Big Island of Hawai’i. The entire venue consists of two homes adjacent to, and mirror-images of, each other. Built by two brothers—one a master wood craftsman—for their families, they are truly works of art. Your retreat home features an open floor plan, large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large covered lanai (patio) and an outdoor hot tub for your enjoyment.

    Are meals included?

We want to make sure you are well taken care of, so all of your meals are included. Meals will be prepared by our Private Chef using the finest local ingredients. Fresh fruit and other snacks will be available 24/7. Feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy and share.
